It takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time

In rare Instances we have seen order taking up to 3 weeks before they get delivered all of that was due of Custom handling and post offices processing delays. If that’s your case please don’t panic and list your item as missing. After 3 weeks, you can request a refund or a replacement and we will be more then happy to oblige.

Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With us you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition. If that is not the case, we will provide a full refund.



 Our procedure for return is hassle-free. You are free to return unused products within Ninety (90) days after delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged items or non-damaged items with wrong specifications. 

Upon receipt of the product, we immediately commence processing your full refund. It may take a few days to ascertain your order and the original method of payment. You will receive communication from us once we send the funds back to your account.


Return Address

Once you initiate the return we will send you an address where to send the returns.

Once we receive the package, please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to get reflected in your account.

The customer is also responsible for packaging the item as originally packaged upon receiving it. We might not issue a full refund if the packaging is missing.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

We suggest customers to use a shipping company with a tracking number when returning the item/s. That way, the process will go smoothly.

All returned items must not be used.


Please make sure that the item/s are packed properly. Any items that are not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts in transition, may not be accepted for return, or granted a partial refund only.

Sale items and mysterious boxes may not be accepted for returns.

10% restocking fee will apply to all returned packages.

No refund will be made on package which is unclaimed, refused, abandoned, or disposed of.


Damaged Items & Shipping Mistakes

 First thing, the customer has to send us clear photos of the damaged item or the shipping mistake and a proof of your order.

Then the customer has an option to request a full refund, or resend the item.
